Follow-up consultations will usually start off with a quick check-in on how you have progressed. This includes your own experience of how your health has developed and certain tests performed by your osteopath in order to monitor your health objectively. Commonly, this will last no more than 5-10min.

Documentation

The progress and your feedback will be carefully documented in addition to any treatment approaches used. If necessary, changes to your treatment plan are discussed and noted. This ensures that your next appointment can start off right where we finished.
